The Easier with Epicor campaign was built around a universal truth in manufacturing and distribution: complexity is the enemy of growth. By addressing one of the most persistent pain points in the industry — the burden of manual, time-consuming processes — the campaign repositioned Epicor’s ERP solutions not just as software, but as a strategic enabler of human potential.

The creative concept centered on freeing the workforce from repetitive, low-value tasks so teams could focus on what truly moves the business forward: customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and long-term growth. Rather than leading with product features, the messaging led with empathy, acknowledging the daily reality of customers on the floor and in the field before showing how Epicor could transform it.

The tone was confident and aspirational without overpromising, grounding big ideas in operational clarity. Easier doesn’t cut corners. Easier opens new doors became the creative anchor: a line that reframed “easier” from a shortcut into a competitive advantage.

My Role

As Creative Director and lead designer on this campaign, I owned the concept development and visual direction from brief to final execution. I established the visual language and design system, and produced the core assets across digital and print touchpoints. Working closely with the copywriting and marketing teams, I ensured the creative aligned with Epicor’s global brand standards while resonating with industry-specific audiences across multiple markets.
