Every year, Epicor Insights brings together thousands of customers across four global regions for one of the industry’s most ambitious B2B conventions.
For the 2026 edition, I led the complete creative direction, developing a visual identity that needed to feel both fresh and familiar, honoring the established brand legacy while setting a new creative tone.
The result was “Soar Higher,” a theme grounded in the metaphor of collective flight: the idea that progress is shared, guided by aligned vision rather than a single voice. The visual system centered on polygonal birds in motion, a supporting wave motif designed to bridge marketing and product design tracks, and a bold neon palette on deep petrol backgrounds. Deliverables spanned a comprehensive style guide, brand narrative, key graphic rationale, and full environmental application across signage, sponsor displays, badges, and digital screens for the Nashville event, with the system extended across North America, Latin America, EMEA, and ANZ.
