Full Design System, Brand Strategy

In 2025, Epicor Software initiated a comprehensive brand evolution to shift market perception from legacy ERP provider to modern, AI-enabled technology partner. As Creative Director, I led the full creative development of the evolved design system from strategic rationale to execution-ready assets, presenting to the CMO, VP of Digital, and Head of Global PR.

The brand needed to move beyond its established but dated visual language and reflect the company’s genuine product reality: an AI-infused, people-centric platform powering the global supply chain. The evolved brand had to be flexible enough for a global, multichannel organization while meeting modern accessibility standards.

This project was developed through the full concept and approval stage. Launch was postponed pending internal prioritization.

My Role

I led end-to-end creative development of the brand evolution, collaborating with the Global Brand Lead and cross-functional stakeholders across Product Marketing, Web, and Demand Generation.

  • Defined four core design principles — Consistent Flexibility, Accessibility, Boldness, and Minimalism — to anchor all creative decisions across the system
  • Developed Continuum, a new design expression inspired by intelligent movement and infinite transformation, evolving the existing Agility Index capsule brand into a complete, scalable system
  • Built a full design system spanning typography, color strategy, iconography, graphic elements, photography guidelines, data visualization, infographics, and animation
  • Designed both dark and light mode variants across all system components, prioritizing accessibility and digital-first flexibility
  • Delivered usage examples across print ads, digital ads, events, collateral, leadership communications, and web — including a fully interactive web prototype
