The Agility Index is Epicor’s flagship annual research publication, co-produced with Nucleus Research and distributed globally across supply chain sectors. The FY25 edition required a visual identity that could carry the weight of the report’s findings: more than 1,000 supply chain professionals surveyed across six global regions, with AI adoption emerging as the defining trend reshaping operations, hiring, and investment strategy.

I directed the creative vision for the report in close collaboration with my lead designer, developing a bespoke visual system anchored by Dynamic Orbit, an original illustration concept designed to embody AI’s dynamic, human-centered nature. The system was built for scalability and flexibility, with a defined suite of graphic elements, including orbital line work, ambient glow shapes, and a bold dark-field palette, designed to unify every page of the report while keeping the data front and center.

My Role

As Creative Director, I owned the strategic and conceptual direction from brief to final delivery. The core concept, Dynamic Orbit, was developed in close collaboration with my lead designer, and together we defined the visual language that would carry it across the full report: the signature illustration, supporting orbital graphics, complementary ambient elements, and the overall layout system. My role was to ensure every design decision served both the aesthetic vision and the content’s strategic weight, keeping the system cohesive, scalable, and aligned with Epicor’s brand positioning as an AI-forward ERP leader. Style guide production was intentionally delegated to my lead designer as a professional growth opportunity, with my oversight throughout.
