In 2025, Epicor Software initiated a comprehensive brand evolution to shift market perception from legacy ERP provider to modern, AI-enabled technology partner. As Creative Director, I led the full creative development of the evolved design system from strategic rationale to execution-ready assets, presenting to the CMO, VP of Digital, and Head of Global PR.
The brand needed to move beyond its established but dated visual language and reflect the company’s genuine product reality: an AI-infused, people-centric platform powering the global supply chain. The evolved brand had to be flexible enough for a global, multichannel organization while meeting modern accessibility standards.
This project was developed through the full concept and approval stage. Launch was postponed pending internal prioritization.
